DELIVERY & SHIPPING
As a small family-run business, all of our customer's orders are important to us and following receipt we always aim to prepare and dispatch your order the same or the following working day.
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries and our standard delivery is a 2–4 day service from the date it has been dispatched, as we use Royal Mail Tracked 48. During postal strikes we may use an alternative courier service to ensure your order reaches you. We also ensure that all our orders are tracked and recorded.
At the moment, we can only ship to locations in the UK: England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland. Our shipping prices start from £4.50 and are dependent on the order; the final cost is calculated at the checkout stage.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays to your delivery due to courier errors, delays or parcels being lost in the system. We have no control over delivery times and only give these as a guide. During particularly busy periods such as Easter, Halloween and Christmas, please order early to ensure your order arrives on time.

PICKUP INFORMATION
For our local customers in Burton upon Stather and the surrounding areas, we offer a convenient in-store collection service. Simply select the 'Pickup' option at checkout and we will prepare your sweet treasures for you.
You'll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready to be collected from our shop on High Street during our standard opening hours.
Please note, this will be a separate notification from your order confirmation.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges once items have left the shop for in-person sales or pickups or once dispatched for online orders, except where required by law.
